Limited Lifetime warranty
All our products are backed by a no hassle, limited lifetime warranty which means you can count on our products to perform when you need them.
What does this mean for you? It´s simple; Our limited lifetime warranty means that if any of our products ever fail due to defects in workmanship or materials*, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) the item free of charge (just pay shipping and handling).
How to submit something for warranty replacement:
- Send the item pre-paid to: Panther Vision Unit 13 Avro Business Park, Mosquito Way, Christchurch, BH234FN
- Include a note explaining the defect.
- Include your return shipping address and phone number (in case we need to contact you to discuss the issue)
- Enclose a Check for 4.98 to cover shipping and handling.
- We will repair the item or send you a replacement (in the event that we no longer have that model or color, we will send you a comparable model or color)
* Please note:
- Normal wear and tear (i.e., tears or wear marks on the fabric of hats, scratches in the plastic of safety glasses, etc.) are not covered under this warranty.
- Batteries are not covered under this warranty
- Intentional abuse or damage to the product is also not covered under this warranty.
